has worked in the cultural sector for 20 years. She works with
organisations across the sector and provides consultancy in strategy
and policy development, training development and delivery, collections
development, collections management, project management, audience
development and consultation & evaluation. She is an experienced
trainer and worked as an accredited MDA and Collections Trust trainer
for 8 years. |
Susanna Hillhouse - Heritage and Museums Consultancy |  | Susanna
specialises in collections management and is an experienced trainer and
project manager. She ran the Registration/ Accreditation Scheme in
Scotland for seven years, training, advising, and assessing museums of
all sizes. She helps museums take pragmatic, practical steps towards
meeting industry standards. Recently she has worked as a Collections
Management adviser for Collections Trust and as an accredited
Collections Trust trainer alongside her developing consultancy work.
She is the author of Collections Management, a practical guide, recently published by Collections Trust. |

Margaret Harrison |  | Margaret
specialises in museum documentation. She works with museums of all
types and sizes providing them with practical help to achieve SPECTRUM
and Accreditation standards. Margaret worked for MDA and then
Collections Trust for 8 years as a Collections Management Adviser.
