For our advice service, and on some consultancy projects we work in partnership with other trusted museum and conservation professionals to ensure that you get the advice that you need. Susanna specialises in collections management standards and works with museums, cultural organisations and national bodies on research, consultancy and training projects. She became a freelance consultant in 2007 after seven years managing the MLA Accreditation Scheme in Scotland. Since then she has worked extensively with Collections Trust as an adviser, trainer, and networks officer alongside her developing consultancy work. She is the author of Collections Management a practical guide, recently published by Collections Trust. |

Margaret specialises in museum documentation. She works with museums of all types and sizes providing them with practical help to achieve SPECTRUM and Accreditation standards. Margaret worked for MDA and then Collections Trust for 8 years as a Collections Management Adviser, and is co-author of Documentation, a practical guide published in 2008 by Collections Trust. |

Heather has worked in the cultural sector for 20 years. She provides consultancy in strategy and policy development, training development and delivery, collections development, collections management, project management, audience development and consultation & evaluation. She is an experienced trainer and worked as an accredited MDA and Collections Trust trainer for 8 years. |
